Associated Press, CINCINNATI Authorities in Ohio say a man has been wounded three times by arrows. Police in Elmwood Place say the 50-year-old man was undergoing surgery Tuesday morning for a punctured lung. They say Douglas Stacey was shot twice in the back and once in the hand after an argument with the suspect.
