This happened accross from my work place. Two Hispanic guys pull up to the pumps at the local gas station with a little bit of smoke commong out of their hood, then all of a sudden they both get out and start running mabye drunk or the car was stolen. The longer the car sits the more smoke starts comming out, then flames are visiable under the car. Then it turned into this that you see in the picture. I have to say it ws pretty smart of those guy to park a car that is about to catch fire right next to the gas pumps.
