Guy was spotted on Halifax Metro Transit.. He's sporting a rat tail, a raincoat, sweatpants, and a fanny pack.. He stood up when the bus was stopping, and fell over.. For the record, it was not raining out, it was actually quite warm and sunny.. Quite hilarious
