The CIA was down to the final three recruits who were vying to become a CIA spy. The CIA couldn't decide between the three men aged 20, 30, and 40. They came up with a final test to see who really had what it takes to be a CIA spy. They handed a gun to the 20 year old, and told him to go into a nearby room where a woman traitor was waiting. He was to close the door and kill the woman.

The 20 year old refused point-blank and walked out. The 30 year old took the gun and went into the room, but returned immediately saying he couldn't do it. The 40 year took the gun and closed the door.

After a lot of screaming and shouting from within, he came back out and said the woman was dead. The CIA testers anxiously asked what happened and he said, "some idiot put blanks in the gun, so I had to strangle the bitch."
