A blonde calls up her local car dealership to order a part.
Blonde: Hi, I needed to get an owners manual for my car.
Worker: Ok, no problem what kind of car and what year is it?
The blonde tells him and he tells her the manual will be in a couple days and he gives her the price.

However, the blonde forgot to ask one more question so she calls up and gets the same person, luckily, and says, "Hi, I just called a couple minutes ago and I was wondering how much it cost to install the owners manual?"
