While travelling through Florida, Bill Clinton happens to see a little Black African American kid water skiing. As the boat comes closer, he sees that it is being operated by two white guys. They recognize him and dock the boat and talk with him for a minute. He makes a few of his usual inane remarks, and tells them he thinks it is really great to see them and the little guy playing together.
After he leaves, one of the guys says, "That Bill Clinton sure is a diplomat, isn't he?"
The other guy says, "Well, I don't know... I think this is the first time he's ever seen anyone trolling for alligators!"
