A guy goes to see his doctor. The doctor asks him what is wrong and the guy drops his pants. The doctor sees the smallest willie he has ever seen in his life. He begins to laugh like a madman. He drops on the floor and continues laughing for 10 minutes.

Finally, he stands up and apologizes to the guy for being so unprofessional. He asks the guy what the problem is.

The guy says, “It’s swollen.”
