Why are you IN a movie, but you're ON TV? because you are part of something constantly viewed several times in a movie. its like being in a big production but a television appearance is more likely to be an up to date and less repeated thing

Why do people pay to go up tall buildings and then put money in binoculars to look at things on the ground? because you can see a lot more that way. You can look at something and then slightly turn your head and see something about 5 blocks off with just as much clarity

Why do doctors leave the room while you change? They're going to see you naked anyway.
It makes people feel more comfortable and gives the person a chance to "freshen up"
