An apparent disagreement preceded an accident at 2:14 p.m. May 22 on East Livingston Street at Lakeview Drive.
Samassi Sylla, 40, 440 Touvelle St., Lot 9, Celina, apparently got out of the 1996 Ford Taurus driven by his 27-year-old wife Vivian J. Sylla who tried to get him back into the vehicle.
Vivian Sylla had been attempting a right turn onto Lakeview Drive when she pulled forward. She reportedly forgot the wheels were turned and drove over her husband's left foot.
An ambulance responded to the scene but the husband refused treatment or transport.
Police cited the woman for failure to yield to a pedestrian.
