One day a blond enters the DMV in a bright yellow top and asks the guy at the counter "Can i get a new license?"
So the guy at the counter asked "What for?"
The blond never replied and the guy at the counter said "Ok fine just stand behind the white line and look at the small lense."
So the clerk gives her her new license and drives off.
The next day the blond walks into the DMV with a blue top on and she gets her new license.
She enters the DMV each day for a month each time with a different top on.So finally the clerk asks her "Why do you come in here every day and get a new license?"
So the blond replies "This way I can bring a different license depending on which top I wear when I drive."
