How Much?
During a downpour an older Rabbi ducked into the local delicatessen one day.
Looking at the meat display he asked, How much is the turkey?
$4.50 a pound, stated the butcher.
Oy. said the Rabbi. How much for the corned beef?
$6.25 a pound, stated the butcher.
Oy, said the Rabbi, and for the ham?
Just then a loud clap of thunder shook the window. Looking up the Rabbi quickly said, I was just asking.
