Miss Porter was about to give birth, she had been in labour for atleast 10 hours and the baby was ready to come out. Her midwife insist she stay calm as possible, keep her breathing patterns constant and do her best to withstand it.

As the baby was crowning, Miss Porter was howling for the pain to stop, and then, suddenly it was over. With a huge sigh of relief and a weak smile gracing her face Miss Porter looked up at the midwife eagerly. The midwife slowly raised the young baby, examining it carefully, when without warning the baby slipped out of her hands and fell to the floor!

Miss Porter screams her lungs out and watches in horror as the midwife kneels down to pick it up back up, but she slips on the various blood and water on the ground and falls onto the baby smothering it! She then scrambles back up only to have the heel of her shoe puncture the babies face and with a flick of her foot sends it flailing towards the concrete wall!

Miss Porter sits almost about to faint, completely and utterly traumatised to her core, tears begin to roll down her face. The midwife leaps as hard as she can towards the baby and then picking it up, throws it out the nearby window.

Miss Porter screams "WHY! WHY! YOU MONSTER!", the midwife turns around with a giggle and a smile and replied "Hahah, Im just fooling around Miss Porter it was already dead."
