There were 3 guys about to be shot in a back alley by the cops

So he shouts "EARTHQUAKE!", and the cops all get scared, so he quickly jumps over the fence and gets away

The second guy then asks if he can say his last words and, the commander allows him to,

He shouts "TORNADO!", again all the cops get scared and duck, and he quickly jumps the fence and gets away,

Then the third guy asks if he can say his last words, and the commander allows him to.

So he grins and shouts, "FIRE!"
