I do most of the cooking for my family but admit I take some short cuts once in a while. One of the staples I always have on hand is Heinz jarred gravy. It's quick and tasty but the last several jars I used had lumps in them. While this did not really affect the flavor I felt it was not up to Heinz's usual high quality standards and I felt compelled to call their hotline. I was respectful and courteous and was just asking for gravy without all the lumps. I even begged and pleaded, but she said the only way they could fix the problem was with a restraining order.
