an old Couple goes to the doctors for a checkup, before the leave the old couple ask the doctor to help them with a memory problem they are having, the doctor suggest that they write everything down from now on.

Later that night the old couple were home watching TV, the wife ask the husband for a bowl of ice cream, "on the next commercial break said the husband", "Remember the doctor said we should write everything down" said the wife, the husband said "I can remember something as simple as getting you ice cream. So during the commercial break the husband gets up, a half hour later he returns with a plate of eggs, potatoes and bacon. The wife screams.....

"See I told you to write it down like the doctor said, you forgot my toast!"
