Guy wakes up in a hospital. After a few moments the doctor comes and informs the patient that there was an accident and that he has some good and some bad news.

"What are the bad news?" - the guy asked. The doctor replied that the patients legs had to be amputated.

The guy was devastated but after a moment asked the doctor about the good news. The doctor replied "There's a guy here that wants to buy your shoes."
