2.
Fantastic Four 2. The last try at this franchise fantastically flopped. Wait... wasn't there already a second FF? Expect a 2015 release, and lets hope this sequel goes better than the last. -

Gremlins. I'm into it! Fingers crossed. -
4.
Spongebob Squarepants the Movie 2. Its still funny. -

Police Acadamy. Like there wasn't enough of these movies? No. No there wasn't. Produced by Key and Peele! -
10.
It. Plans for a multi-part movie are in the works. I only hope this movie can scare kids the same way it freaked me out when I first saw it. This time it won't have the TV restrictions of the miniseries! -
11.
Conan. I know, it was just rebooted. Anybody see it? Arnold is considering a reprisal, playing an aged Conan. Expect greatness. -
12.
Leprichaun: Origins. Honestly, I'm a solid fan of this series. Why would it need a reboot? Maybe killing people on a spaceship with a bong in the wild west wasn't appealing enough for studios to continue the series. Ok, lets start from scratch. I'm in! Starring WWE's Hornswoggle -
13.
Avatar 2 and 3. Due out in 2016, who would have thought James Cameron's most successful movie would get a sequel? Everybody. Did it need to take 7 years? No. -
14.
Goonies 2. Never say die! I might have my hopes up too high for this one. Not a remake, but a sequel? Hmmm... -
15.
Drop Dead Fred. Goofy fun that could have been a lot better, with the right leads this could be one of the best remakes we see! -
16.
Annie. Musicals... I don't get it. A new look for the story with an African American set of leads. Christmas 2014. -
17.
Hotel Transylvania 2. I really liked Hotel Transylvania, its the first time I've been willing to buy an Adam Sandler movie since the 90's. -
18.
Minions. Yeah those lovable little scamps from Despicable Me will be featured in their own movie, in another origins tale. -
19.
Smurfs 3. Taking on more of an original rendering of the classic cartoon series and abandoning the CGI, this film will be focused on their origins. -
20.
Terminator. A new trilogy begins in 2015. Not a sequel, not a reboot. Not sure what that means. A fresh look with reprised roles from the original. Yes I'm confused. But, time travel. -
21.
Jurassic World. Yeah, its being filmed. Finally! Wonder what happens now, as its set 20 years after the original film and the ideas for this movie have been all over the place. I'm really not sure what to expect. -

Dumb and Dumber To. Hopefully the only thing these two goofs won't screw up is the movie. Both Carrey and Daniels have stated they wouldn't do it unless it was done right. I expect gold. Releases November 2014. -
32.
Bill and Ted 3. Keanu Reeves has high hopes for the third installment of these totally wyld dudes. Nothing for sure at the moment. -
33.
22 Jump Street. Except this time, they're in college. 2014. -

38.
Clerks 3. Kevin Smith claims this will be the last movie he ever makes, but he's got a horror film or two to put out before he gets to work on the next installment of Clerks, which at one point was being considered as a broadway play. That would have been weird. Maybe 2016? -
39.
Mission Impossible 5. Christmas 2015, and hopefully just as great as the rest! The guy might be a nutjob but he still makes one hell of a movie. -
40.
Blade Runner 2. Its been in talks for a while but both director Ridley Scott and actor Harrison Ford are both really excited for this upcoming project. -
41.
Bad Santa 2. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! Being delayed, but guaranteed by Billy Bob himself. Oh well, I'm really enjoying his role in Fargo! -
42.
Austin Powers 4. Quite possibly the first in a new trilogy, Mike Meyers has confirmed this movie is a go. -
43.
Prometheus 2. Slated for a 2016 release, this Alien prequel is shaping up to be a whole lot better than the first film, which while I enjoyed it, shouldn't be too hard. -
44.
Taken 3. This one is about his laptop being stolen and he's really mad. No seriously I have no idea but c'mon, this guy is a badass. Could be a good one, tho it would have been fine with me if they'd left it at 1. -
45.
Agent 47. This Hitman reboot... wait, there was a Hitman movie? Oh yeah... it was TERRIBLE. Lets hope this isn't another case of a reboot being worse than the one a few years back, a la Hulk. -
46.
Timecop. This film just snagged the writers of Journey 2: The Mysterious Island and is well on its way to the big screen. Sadly, I wouldn't be surprised to see this go unconfirmed again soon. -

48.
Die Hard 6. Is anybody surprised? -
49.

50.
The Mummy. Somewhat of a reboot, but a sequel to the original Brenden Fraiser movie series, who won't be reprising his role as this movie is planned to be set in modern times. -
51.
Starship Troopers. Supposedly taking on a different tone, this reboot has been in talks for some time. It has been greenlit, found a writer and a director, so it's just a matter of time. -
52.

54.
Popeye, unconfirmed. Its in the works but not much is known yet. Probably starring Vin Diesel... I haven't heard anything but the guy is huge, and he can act. -
55.
Escape From New York, unconfirmed. The classic John Carpenter film gets itself a reboot but little information at this time is known. -
56.
Zoolander 2, unconfirmed. Currently on hold, but we know Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson like to stay busy, so there's reason enough to expect this one to take its time. -
57.
Roger Rabbit 2, unconfirmed. Was in development as a direct sequel until Bob Hoskins RIP decided to retire from acting, but the project may not be entirely dead. Oh my. Too soon? -
58.
Pee Wee Herman, unconfirmed. Possibly being produced by Judd Apatow, nothing concrete yet and it's been in talks for about three years now, but Apatow is a busy man, so who knows... I think it'd be great. -
59.
Triplets, unconfirmed. A sequel to Twins? Ok, but Eddie Murphy better not get in another fat suit. -

Highlander, unconfirmed. While actors and directors are in and out, there is still a constant buzz about this series reboot, which bodes well for a movie sometime in the next 2 or 3 years. -
61.
Jumanji, unconfirmed. Supposedly being written by Zach Helm Stranger Than Fiction, Mr Magorium's Wonder Emporium, this reboot of the original IS COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY AND I HOPE IT FAILS. BTW, Jumanji's sort-of sequel Zathura was amazing, if you haven't seen it yet. -
62.
Hancock 2, unconfirmed. Will Smith isn't interested in being "the sequel guy" but this prequel to 2008's superhero-ish movie is apparently being delayed due to scheduling problems, and may never see the light of day. I think most people would be ok with that. -
63.
Project X 2. I nearly missed the first but watched it on a whim, and its one of if not the best annoying shaky handheld camera footage movies I've ever seen, I'll definitely be hitting the theater for this one. -
64.
Machete Kills Again... In Space. If you saw the sequel then you knew to expect this third installment, though I can't imagine it will be any less ridiculous, andy less entertaining, and any less psychotic than the previous films. But in space. -
65.
Mad Max: Fury Road. What do I need to say about this? Except YES YES YES. 2015 can't get here soon enough. Finished filming in 2012 and back for reshoots... what is going on? -

Monsters: Dark Continent. If you haven't seen the first film, SEE IT NOW. One of the best monster movies this decade, the low budget film is getting a sequel from director Tom Green, but no, not the moose humping one. -
67.
Cheech and Chong. Being developed by Jay Chandasekhar of Broken Lizard fame, the stony duo will be heading to a festival called Burning Joint. -

Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon 2: The Green Destiny. Look for this to drop sometime early 2015, though another delay at this point seems inevitable. -
69.
Ghostbusters 3. I'm not going to say that this is unconfirmed, but its been "about to get made" for as long as I can remember. Only Dan Akroyd of the original cast remains involved at this point. One way or another, we will see a third installment. -
70.
How I Met Your Father . A lot of people will be pretty excited about this. Let me ruin it for you now. She was drunk, and it was a mistake. -
71.
Girl Meets World. Corey and Topenga had a daughter. And Mr Feeny is still alive. Sean is there, at least once. Minkus looks like he will be a regular character. Set to debut soon on the Disney channel. I'll be watching. Don't tell. -
72.
The Flash. The tv show Arrow has found great success and is gearing up to release a spinoff for one of DC comics favorites. -
73.
Untitled Walking Dead spinoff. None of the characters you know from the show, so maybe some from the comic? Set to be a companion show rather than a reboot, we should see this on television by the end of 2015.
