    I was sent an email about this house and it
said it was located in New York. This
article says its located in Toronto. Anyone
know the true location?

    It does have a washroom; however, as one
article stated "an average person
cannot fit through the bathroom door without
turning sideways". And for those saying
it's economical... asking price is $179,900
(for 300 sq. ft.)!
