8/19/10, Keystone Heights, FL -The mom who stirred outraged by posting a picture of her 11 month old baby with his face in a bong on Facebook, has now been arrested. 19 year old Rachel Stieringer was arrested and charged with one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. According to the report, the baby tested negative for drugs.
