North Korea recently built a European style themed park with 330 million dollars. That is outrageous. Of course if North Korea has a lot of money they can build whatever they want, but North Korea is in an extremely improvished condition right now. Tens of thousands of people are dying of starvation in regions outside of Pyongyang. It is so tragic.
