Equal pay for minority Star Trek cast members. It goes without saying Star Trek was groundbreaking in ways you wouldn't believe. 5.
"Live long and prosper." Coming up with the phrase, as well as the V-shaped hand gesture, was created by Nimoy and actually stolen from Judaism, his family's religion. Yes, Spock directed Three Men and a Baby. -

Slash fiction. Yes, the term that indicates internet pornographic fanfiction consisting of nothing but pure smut. The term itself comes directly from Star Trek, thanks to Trekkies creating steamy Kirk-on-Spock fiction relating to a specific episode. -
8.
Galvatron's voice. Nimoy voiced Galvatron, the form Decepticon leader Megatron takes after being left for dead by his own troops, only to be resurrected by Welles’ Unicron. -
9.
The Ballad of Bilbo Baggins. Nimoy actually got into cutting albums before William Shatner, and during that time he recorded the Ballad of Bilbo with an accompanying music video, long before LOTR would make it to the screen. -
10.
Bruno Mars' career. Nimoy appeared in several hit music videos in the 80's and later. One of them was a Bruno Mars video "The Lazy Song". And that's because he is stepfather to Aaron Bay-Schuck, because of his second marriage to Susan Bay, Michael Bay's cousin. Aaron Bay-Schuck is the guy who would sign Bruno Mars to a record deal.
