1.
MIL V-12...If the Russians love two things, it’s long bread lines and building huge vehicles. This prototype helicopter holds the record for carrying payloads over 30,000 pound higher than any other helicopter. While it probably isn’t ideal for a tour over the Hawaiian Islands, the MIL V-12 could definitely take the islands with it. -
2.
Antonov an-225...Meet the 747 that took may too many steroids. This massive strategic cargo plane was designed by the Soviets in the 1980s and is powered by six huge turbofan engines. Not surprisingly, the Antonov an-225 is the longest and heaviest airplane ever built, with a maximum takeoff weight of 640 tons. With a wingspan of 290 feet and 32 wheels in its landing gear, we highly suggest that, if you ever want to land one, you buy your own airport. -
3.
Bagger 293...No, it’s not Devastator, but it sure looks like a Decepticon in hiding. The Bagger 293 is a terrifying mining excavator that can carve out a hole the size of a football field measuring about 270 ft deep ... all in one day. It requires over 16.5 megawatts of power just to operate it (roughly the same amount of power 2500 houses consume per day). Compared to this, you are nothing. -
4.
BELAZ 75710...This larger than life dump truck is the biggest in the world. The BELAZ 75710 can carry over 500 tons and has two 4600 horsepower engines. Sure, it only goes 40 mph, but since it’s about 30 feet wide and over 60 feet long, we don’t suggest getting in its way. -
5.
Prelude FLNG...At 1600 feet long, and weighing in at over 600,000 tons when operational, this cargo ship is over 400 feet longer than the retired aircraft carrier, the USS Enterprise. Your tub would have to be pretty big if you want this bad boy in there with you during your next bath. -
6.
LeTourneau TC-497 Overland Train...The LeTourneau TC-497 Overland Train was designed to reduce our country’s dependency on railroads for shipping, especially to more back-country places where building rail might be a real pain in the ass. The longest TC-497 reached 600 feet. Come on, join our convoy!
