A guest staying at the Grand Del Mar in San Diego, CA wanted to surprise a friend with a vacation. To give a clue, he negotiated with the hotel staff to bring a llama into the room. -

A concierge at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai revealed that one guest asked for a group of penguins to be waiting for them in their room, with Morgan Freeman narrating the meeting. (What?) This request was obviously dismissed. -

Sarah Kovacs Grzywacz went on a business trip to San Antonio and stayed at the Hotel Indigo. After getting a welcome text that offered ‘any time’ assistance, she replied saying she would like a signed picture of Nicholas Cage in Con Air on her bed. They did what she asked (minus the autograph) and the pictures kept coming throughout her stay. -

Dustin Wray and his girlfriend Lauren Taylor stay at the Woodlands Resort in Houston and had a little fun with the ‘special requests’ section when he booked the room. He requested “Three red M&Ms on the counter. Not packages, just three single M&Ms. One for me, one for my girlfriend, and one to split if we get hungry late at night. And a picture of bacon set on the bed. I love pictures of bacon. When they arrived at the hotel, the ‘demands’ were met. -

A guest at the Docklands Travelodge asked the hotel team if he could practice his board presentation in Mandarin to the whole team before a meeting. -

Another guest staying at the Lowestoft Travelodge asked if the pet policy covered his animal- a 6ft monitor lizard. -

A member of the staff at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Arizona actually helped a guest buy two camels. She was on her first month at the job and located a nearby dealer for him. However, when the camels arrived, apparently they were the wrong kind. -

Head butler at Savoy Hotel in London Sean Davoren was once asked for wild goat’s milk from Wales so the guest could bathe in it. The cost to get this to the hotel was over $1,000 with the cab drive alone costing $923. The milk was warmed up and after the bath was over, the client used 30 bottles of Evian to clean the stuff off of him. -

Stephen Davies of the Culloden House hotel in Scotland said they had a woman request a pedicure with fish that nibbled the hard skin around her toes. -

Barry Werner of Scarborough Fair Bed & Breakfast in Baltimore, Maryland says he had a woman tell him she was vegan and waited until breakfast to tell him she was allergic to tofu. She then said not to worry about her food too much because she hoped to one day exist only on air by breathing and would not have to eat at all.
