Millions of people from around the globe have been showing their solidarity with the French people and have overlaid the flag across their Facebook profile picture. This is in response to the horrific attacks in Paris which have killed 129 people and left many more injured.

But one Woman has decided not to make use of Facebook’s latest feature and I 100% agree with her reasoning. Charlotte Farhan, who is editor of the online magazine, Art Saves Lives International, won’t join in – even though she is French and from Paris. -

With over 130,000 likes and 85,000 shares it would seem that the world agrees with her. Here were some of the comments on her post: Cathy Chollet wrote: ‘I liked and agreed with your post..Don’t let others shut you up…We need to pray for the world!!! Not just when things happen..Thank you for Charlotte for being who you are and sharing your feelings!’ Peter Bowell agreed, commenting: ‘This is amazing!… Exactly what needs to be said I have a lot of respect for you!…I would like to share this status if that’s okay.’
