Hey all,

First of all I'd like to say I hope everyone had a good holiday. It seems that most of us actually got away from the computer for the most part (judging on the drop in comments, uploads, and general eBaum's activity).

I recently was featured for the first time and although it's not much of an accomplishment, I still feel pride.  Thanks very much to everyone has has rated, commented, and subscribed.  Most of my uploads reflect my own personal interests and the feedback is appreciated. Also, I used to forget that there's an entire team of people who manage the content and features of the website, so kudos to all staff, mods, etc.

eBaum'sWorld has many qualities that make it a unique place.  Greatly dependent on attracting new users and keeping the ones we have, we couldn't have this experience without the eBaum's pros and veterans.  There are many but here are my honorable mentions, in no particular order, the people who in my opinion, make the site what it is: Eastside_Dave, lorddread, B_Town_Miss, DreaD08, lankgaglia, EggOnlyEgg, berv, axp090909, creepingjennie, AWSmith, noigraud, bluenote67, WhyNot, mynameisnobody, micrkr, Ellimem, and CarGirl.  I'm certain I forgot some people and I promise to get you guys in the next round, especially my subscribers because I don't know who all of you are!

My overall experience over the past 2-3 years here on eBaum's has inspired me to start capturing life in the eyes of myself and my friends, and in the new year I will be starting to submit some of my work that will be entirely original to this website, so I'm hoping to stick around and be a part of it all.

Everybody has pet peeves. Wether they are normal or outrageous, I'm sure we can all think of at least one thing that other people do that infuriates you and makes you strangle the life out of the person doing it. Here are my top pet peeves in no particular order:

Foot-draggers: Too lazy to lift your feet up when you walk? You should be in a wheelchair. This was not the intended use of legs and feet. The only people that like you are shoe sole manufacturers.

Interupters: If you try to interupt me, I will raise the volume of my voice so you know I won't allow anyone to do this to me. One guy didn't get this until he got my fist in his face. Everybody who was there that night now waits a few seconds to speak after I'm done.

Baby-drunks: People who revert to their toddler selves when they are drinking, subsequently alienating everybody they're around. I know everybody gets a little funny when they're drinking but I'm talking about demanding, never satisfied, hissy fit throwing, retarded drunks. There's a reason why they tell you to "Please drink responsibly". It's for your own good!

Public speakers: No, not the kind that speaks at your motivational seminars. This is the person who talks about really personal things in public places. If I'm travelling and I have to listen to your medicine cabinet inventory of anti-depressants and hemerrhoid creams, relationship troubles, or your intricate web of drama in your life... Please brush up on your social skills... we're not as interested in your problems as you are.

So I think that these are all pretty normal pet peeves... I'd like to hear what yours are. The funnier the better but please be realistic!
