So, I was looking through Yahoo today and I saw a couple stories about storms on Saturn. Space has always interested me so I'd like to share some of the news on EBW.

The storms that were viewed were on the North pole and the South pole on the planet. Cassini is the space craft that viewed this.

"These are truly massive cyclones, hundreds of times stronger than the most giant hurricanes on Earth," said Kevin Baines, Cassini scientist on the visual and infrared mapping spectrometer at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, Calif. "Dozens of puffy, convectively formed cumulus clouds swirl around both poles, betraying the presence of giant thunderstorms lurking beneath. Thunderstorms are the likely engine for these giant weather systems."

Think about how powerful those storms are. HUNDREDS of times stronger than our most powerful hurricanes. Pretty impressive. ... Read more ...

Okay, you want me to show my true colors? I will. This is my real self addressing all of you.

I do not hate Christianity. I was raised a Christian and practically my whole family is Christian. I understand that people are individuals and many Christians keep their mouths shut when it comes to different things. Christians are stereotyped for being in your face, believe in my god zealots. That's what it is, a stereotype. I really don't think Christians are bad people, in fact, most the people I love are Christians.

Religion is a beautiful thing. It gives people hope in the midst of a crisis. Life is hard enough as it is. Though I still do not believe in that faith, I respect it for its history and its outcome. Belief in a god has gotten people through some hard times in their life. Who knows? I could be wrong about there being a god but no one will know until the day comes to meet (or not meet) your maker.

When my blogs come off strong, it's just my style of wr ... Read more ...

So I saw the blog about the prostitutes. I thought I'd share. When I was about 13-15, I used to frequent online chatrooms and have cyber sex with the men that were in there. Just so none of you think I'm a whore, I've only been with one guy in my life and I'm still with him. Anyway, some of the fantasies they had were...interesting.

A lot of them wanted to be a "small doll" and have me play with them in a dollhouse. They said and I quote, "I'm so small you can put me in your pocket and carry me around". WTF? I never did that roleplay. I still don't get the sexuality behind that. Why don't I just fuck an ant? And I thought I was weird...

Other fantasies were common- cheerleader/coach or teacher/student though it was always the men who wanted to be in the submissive roles. I always thought that was interesting. I didn't like that at all. I always thought they should be dominate.

Of course I never said how young I was. That was for dateline NBC. I was always 25/ ... Read more ...

Let's continue down the religion path, shall we?

My problem this time is with the people who put their hands solely in the hands of their god. I can't tell you how many times that someone has said, "God will show you" or "I'll pray and God will answer me" or "God will take care of it". Then, if something positive happens- God helped me! If nothing happened- it's his will. Bullshit!

Every individual is in control of his or her life. You choose what direction you want to take; you choose what actions you want to make. It's is obvious that if there was a god, he is all for us choosing. For those of you who think our lives are pre-determined, please kill yourself. If life was pre-determined, set out by God, then you would be created to go to hell or created to go to heaven. What kind of loving god would do that? It would take away all meaning to life. Besides, if god did this, then why not make everyone good?

Especially now in this day and age, it's possible to d ... Read more ...

Look, I'm going to lay this out as straight forward as possible because I know people are dumb as fuck and they like to have everything handed to them.

Religion was created out of FEAR.

Fear. As an "intelligent" animal (I use that loosly), humans feel the need to explain what they do not understand. Take the ancient Greek and Roman gods. Why were they created? It was for the sole cause of explaining the natural disasters that were happening around them. Lightning, flooding, tornadoes, etc. were thought to be a god's way of punishing them for doing something wrong. That's why they created statues and monuments- to praise a specific god as ask for the god not to bring plagues and burden down upon them.

Now, as science has evolved, in this modern day, we can explain why lightning, flooding, and tornadoes occur. Therefore, we look back at the Greek and Roman gods in jest because it seems so silly to think a god was responsible for this. AS SCIENCE EVOLVES, RELIGI ... Read more ...
