Why is the government bailing out the banks? Their being handed billions of dollars, which are going into the construction of their golden parachutes, but they're the sons-a-bitches that hijacked the plane. I only had an above average number of short calls at my customer care job, and I was axed. No warning, no nothing, and I can't just go to Unkie Sam with my hand out. Oh no, homey can't play that; I have to live on unemployment while searching for a job, sifting through the myriad postings that request experience or education I don't have. And when the fuck was a degree required to be a librarian? Seriously, they even have their own degree, called "Library Sciences". Didn't that used to mean not getting your girlfriend pregnant or getting caught while you made sticky in the archives? Shit and a half.
