4 US Navy SEALs are now facing criminal assault charges stemming from the capture of a most wanted terrorist in Iraq.

The SEALs captured the mastermind of the murder and mutilation of 4 Blackwater guards. After the capture, the suspect was seen with a bloody lip. Now, the 4 face assault charges.

You've got to be fucking kidding me. A) He probably resisted. B) HE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MURDER AND MUTILATION OF 4 BLACKWATER GUARDS. How can you charge these men? The headline on Foxnews.com said it best "Suckerpunched for being a hero", or something along those lines. These terrorists that we are capturing have way too many rights, and way too much protection. This is bullshit.

A while back I bought a COBY MP3 player for about $20. This thing had a $10 mail in rebate that was supposed to come back to me. Well, I sent in my form and required info and so on, and waited. A few weeks later, nothing. A few months later, nothing.

So, I'm starting to get pissed. Yeah, I know it's only $10, but that is not what annoys me. The fact that they lied about sending me money back pisses me off. So I e-mail them saying I sent in my form and everything and I never got my money. Once again, I wait. Those fuckers never returned my e-mails either.

My next encounter tore it though. That piece of shit that they call an MP3 player started to break. So once again, I try to contact them about warranty information. Nothing. Fuck them, don't ever buy COBY products again.

Every day, we are hearing of new ways officials are screwing teams out of wins, and playoff chances or games. This seems most relevant to the MLB and college football. We will start with Major League Baseball. I don't have time to spend telling you all about every blown call, but this started before the playoffs. I'll start on October 6th. It was the game that decided who goes to the playoffs to face the bastard Yankees. Two outs for the Tigers in what was their last at bat of the year. Bases loaded, yes, they had a couple of blown chances to score earlier in the game too, but that is not important right now. Anyways, Brandon Inge is up to bat (with two outs as stated before). Here comes a pitch and hits him in the jersey. However, the umpire, who was looking right at him, as shown on a replay, doesn't call it. The call was clear as day. I am still having a hard time figuring out why marijuana isn't legal. Tobacco is WAY worse for you than marijuana, why should that be legal?

Marijuana is not as hardcore as it is made out to be in health class at school. If weed was legal, I would support limits on how much you could have and a legal age to buy it. I think the country would not be in such a mess if mary jane was legal. The government could make billions of dollars in tax revenue in less than a year.

I think the legalization of marijuana could work with some specific restricions on age, amount in a persons possesion, no DUI, etc.

Yes, you read that right. On the front page of foxnews.com, President Obama is quoted as saying the debate health care reform  is over an intense debate over the role of the government, not race. For this, he deserves some respect.

It seems he is one of the only people on the left currently not calling opposition racism. I'm glad somebody has decency enough to have legitimate arguments, and not resort to childish tatics like calling somebody else racist.

BTW: I used the word "nigger" on my last blog. I have now realized that was not the best choice of word. I will describe what I meant though. I used that word to describe the scum that walks around robbing and killing people for the stupidest reasons. I guess I should have used a different word.
