After the recent blog about gun control I find it my dutie to enlighten you people that think taking peoples guns away is a good thing.

For someone to sit there and say that taking guns away from people will lower crime and make the world a safer place is absolutely rediculous. There are many living examples that just the opposite is true. For example, lets take a look at Switzerland. Here a couple of interesting facts about Switzerland. Each household is required to have a government issue assault rifle. Switzerland has very low crime rates and the majority of crimes that are commited are done so by foreignors. The capitol of Switzerland (Geneva) has gone over two years in row withoiut any gun related murders or violence. Switzerland unlike it's neighbors was not invaded by the Nazis in world war two. Thanks to some recent blogs the subject of god and the debate of his existence has my attention and I have a few questions for the outspoken atheists.

What has or has not happened in your life that you are so adament god doesn't exist?

Why do you feel the need to try and disprove his existence?

Have you read the bible or studied any major form of religion, and if so what was the breaking point?

I will keep it to these three questions for now. Please respond to one or all of these questions if you find yourself to be an outspoken atheist.  This is for my own personal knowledge and I look forward to your opinions and points of views. Also for the record I do beleive in god.

I am writing this blog to convey my feelings of disgust and shock concerning the recent shooting that took place in Arizona.

Everyone has heard of this and there is no point to go into details, but the jist of it is that a man killed several people in his attempt ot kill a congresswomen.

I am surprised and bothered deeply that there were people killed that day and what bothers me the most is that a little girl was killed. I beleive that there is a special place in hell for the man that commited these murders.

The reason I decided to write a blog about it is because I just watched a video on youtube where Keith Olberman calls out conservatives and blames them for the shooting. He says that Palin and Beck are to blame and that they should be removed from politics.

Every generation considers themselves more civilized and advanced than the last. What they fail to realize is that most everything that is happening has happened in the past. Do you really think that you are any different of an animal than people were 100 or 200 years ago? The only thing that has changed is technology.

It baffles me how people can run and around speaking as if they are a scholar on any subject they decide they will be an expert on that day. Ignorance is a very dangerous thing and ignorance laced with hardheadedness is a recipe for disaster.

I will come and look at the blogs every so often and it is amazing how many people have opinions about certain subjects. I am all for opinions and information/idea sharing but when people write their opinions as gospel it is downright scary. Especially when their opinions is biased and/or based purely out of misinformation.

*Due to some politically driven blogs recently posted I have found the inspiration to write a blog about the basic history of America and how it is doomed to fail unless certain variables are changed. Please understand that I love America and I in no way shape or form want it to fail. I only hope to brind to light some thinkings of what is happening.

America was founded by people who lived under the rule of a monarchy. They saw very big flaws in this form of government and decided that they had a better form of government in mind that would allow each citizen the rights that are necessary to prosper and enjoy true freedom.
