Fireflies in the Garden
by, Robert Frost
Here come real stars to fill the upper skies,
And here on earth come eluminating flies,
That though they never equal stars in size,
(And they were never really stars at heart)
Achieve at times a very starlike start.
Only, of course, they can't sustain the part.
Hannibal
by Robert Frost
Was there even a cause too lost,
Even a cause that was lost to long,
Or that showed with the lapse of time to vain
For the generous tears of youth and song?
