I some what got in trouble talking about where I formaly worked at and there products. To stop ferther Infractions I replaced a few Name brands but you know what they are. 

As you read from my other Blog I am telling the Horror Stories from the time I worked as a "Popular Brand" Baker/Q and A  Worker. I was when I left to return my complaint Log. Well I didnt and now here is some Horror stories about what happens in the factory where all your Fake Oreos,Fake Ritz bits, and Fake cheese cheese nips are made. The first numbers is the date of the offence the Initial is the person and the number behind is how many complats they had against them. if you get 3 in one year you get fired. One complate comes off your record a year if you dont accumiate more complants.

Complant (Tale 1) 040801-TB-3

I was called into this complant of a worker who I know on a personal Level. I knew her brother cause we are the best of friends. For name sake we will call her "Terry" for reasons. Well Terry was a black sheep of her family. She had a personal Hygine problem that even for the sickest people you know would not compare to what she is. She refused to take baths or showers and she was living on her own throwing used tampons around her house like it was nuttin. Her brother on the other hand and family was totlalyopposite of her and tried for years to get her help. So thats the insight of her now here is her 3 complant where i had to recremend her temination from the Job.

I was called to Observe the Line 11 worker Terry for lewed acts. I noted two complaints in this year. The first one is where she was caught trying to smoke on the line and put out her cigs in full packages of cookiesbetween the cookie halfs(where the white cream of the oreo filling is) which she was written up for Unsanitary reasons and health reason. The second time she was writen up was when she was throwing Sanatation wipes/Napkins in the stall she was using she denied the complant but it was still noted as one. This time I feel was the worst of all. Terry was Seen not only by me but the Line leader. She Unbutton her pants in frount of 3 other workers and placed her hand on her Vagina for a few seconds and when her hand came out it was covered with blood. Then she contiuned to place her bloody hand On the line and contuined to work with blood all over her hand spewing on the Product. Upon inspection of the act I called for Immediant Red Line Infraction shuting down the line causing $75,550 dollars of Damage and $23,400 Of worker time/Money Grand total of expences  $98,950 of time.

Upon that I took her to the Fall out room(where they were placed when a firing offence happened or to be interigated) I asked Terry infrount of General Manager Phelps I asked her why does she feel she was in this room. She calmy replied with out remorse. "I wanted to see if I was on My Period since i forgot my Tampons at home." I asked her Why couldent you wait to be releaved from the line. She said. "cause I dont like working line 11 so I figured if I had blood on my hands they would send me home for the day." I told her she cause about $100 grand and damages and our reputation was on the line. She said" I dont care people eat nothing but shit anyways so what does a little blood matter to anyone." General Manager Phelps Had to excuse himself. I left the room with him. He looked at me and was like "Are you shitting me?" He said. She was on her Period and bleed on the product? I said No. I said to him she used her hands with blood on them and continued working on the food. Then that second General Manager Phelps Threw up on the Ground hitting the side of my pants (rec number 356 Uniform Infingement Cause by accident I replaced the pants from the Uniform Room $17.99) She was Released to her mother and was asked for Psyhoatric help.

Sick wasnt it Just Imagen turing that to the plant owner later that night.

Complant 041801-JZ-1o Means first and only offence

As I was working the Q and A (Quality Assurence and Line leader role) Code Blue came accross the line Nine. Being new to the whole thing I grabed my book of Offences. Blue means A Emplyee Was in a possibly accident/ fatal accident. I arived to the line being the first one there i was Scared to see what I seen. On that line the belt Broke on top that delivers the dough to the line worker . The Worker had to Push the dough in the Machine to make the cookie Impressions on the belt then the product goes to the Oven line to the baker on the other end. Well since the line was broken they had to shovel dough into the machine. There were three workers there. All three were Mexican. Well What the Line leader didnt know that two out of the three were rival Gang members.3 hours Into a 8 hour shift they started to argue. Then the First Mexican got tired of what the second Mexican was saying. While pusing Dough the other guy turned hi back to shovel dough in the machine. As he turned the First Mexican took a Knife from his pocket and stabbed the guy in the side of the Neck. The man was bleeding all over the Product and the guy who stabbed him contuined to work like if notting happened. The third mexican called for help. As I arived the Mexican told me to help shovel dough in the machine. As I looked on the Ground there was the guy still bleeding Asking for help. The police were called to the scean and so was the ambelance. He was sent away on Attempted Murder charges. The man survived for another 3 week when he was gunned down for a retaliation kill thats what i was told.

Accident Form (399-Accident dismeberment) 051201-JB-no complant Just Accident.

At Approxmantly 9:45am in the Morning Code blue came accross the line nine color. I arived to hear screams of Pain. The worker Jason Belveue who complained of being sick asked for a releavel of the line. As the Line boss was looking ro place him in another line. He fell forward almost to a fainting spell. As he did his hand went through the safty barier and his hand half way up to his Elbow was caught in a machine. under the machine is a Sharp Blade that takes the cookies off the dye and places them on the belt. Jasons Hand (the four finger) was rolled into the blade.his fingers that were choped off were so badly crused that 2 out of 4 were pressed into the Dye and made into cookie form as the other Jammed up the machine along with his arm. I pulled the red Emergency switch to stop the Machine. As he was looking at me Screaming his head off for me to get his arm out of the machine Thats when i noticed that his 2/4 fingers were pressed into the dye and made cookie form. I put on my Decontamation Gloves that were next to the line and retreaved the fingers from the line Other now were showing up and they called the Plant doctor and the Ambelance to get him. I called for a Runner(a person who is a Gofer who gets things for people) to get ice to save the Remading Fingers and Placed the other fingers on ice (Knowing it would never be used again got to follow Protocal) The doctor made me put the mahine in reverse. As that was hapening his arm looked like it was in paper shreader. Some how it cut the veins off or something cause there wasnt much blood. Then I noticed something. A major Part of his thumb was gone.

I called down the line and asked them did they see anything grewsome come down the line. The man Sounding sick on the other end Said. Yeah Can you please come and get it. I walked all the way down the line to seeing puke all over my work station and Laptop.(which i owned at the time the plant replaced it for free) The guy who took over my work spot when i shut the oven down was eating the cookies not knoing it was down. He wasnt paying attention and had the Thumb in his mouth and he was crunching on it. When he relized what happened it was to late it was in his mouth and he threw up the thumb out of his mouth. Needless to say I had to go home earily that day i refused to eat another cookie from my lines cause of that day.

I got worst stories but I didnt want to make you all completly sick from eating cookies/crackers from my former job remeber not all factories are bad but it is for you to judge on what happends when your not really thinking of who is cooking food for you.
