So today i woke up at 10 in the morning and decided i was gonna go for a 5 mile run at the park and so i did, i came back home at 12:30 after stopping at subway for lunch. i was very bored and so i decided i would game it up with the wii cuz its easy to use. i put in call of duty world at war and was gaming it up for like a hour. then IT happened i was stabbing some guy and i put to much power in the shaking motion and my wrist popped. it hurt like hell and it was a little swollen so i iced it and turned off the game. i then decided to drug myself up with muscle relaxers to ease my pain. and so i learned something today never jack the wiimote to hard cuz you will hurt yourself.
