Just a quick thought about the top five list. For those who don't know, it rates people by the number of Video Uploads that a user puts up on eBaums. Now that mass uploading has come under serious scrutiny, why don't we instead change it from number of uploads, to number of eRep points recieved on that given day. So people are rewarded for a combination of views, comments, ratings, uploads, ect. Instead of just their capability of throwing as many videos as possible onto the website.
I personally believe that it would better represent those who actually contribute to the site via their input, and not just their uploading abilities.
