I keep hearing about the new south park so I'm going to get my thoughts in on this, because I don't have the sense today to not bother. the only thing that was stupid about the newest episode was that matt and trey are not letting go of the whole clone wars thing. just about everyone has been making jokes about this, and its getting on my nerves. im not a rabid fan, but I have enjoyed the star wars franchise since i was little. Looking at the cruel reality of a single life for the first time, it strikes me as alittle horifying how insignificant it seems. No matter the acomplishments, there is something greater, likely on a scale unimaginable. I think of all the time I spent on martial arts in highschool and college, and realize how useless it was. Somewhere there are people who have a greater aptitude for streangth, skill, speed and dexterity, and they didn't have to work at it. Some of them did work at it, and became greater still. In countries that take martial arts more seriously then america, thier skills are on a scale unimaginable compared to mine, and no amount of refinement will bring me to thier level. I play the piano, but there are those that have natural ability. mere children that play better then me, no matter the years I spent practicing. I've watched this nonsense grow for awhile and I feel it's time to say something. As an individual who cares about the future of humanity and has explored solutions to the problems with the cultre that covers most of the earth right now, I personally despise the 'Green' movement with every fiber of my being. not because I don't think humans need to change thier actions and energy needs to better accomodate the needs of current and future generations, but because it gives people the impression that something is being done. what the Green 'solution' that is currenty becoming a holywood cult with green shows and green apliances and such really is, is a cosmetic non-solution. I rarely support movies, but i saw hamlet 2 today. the story was awful, but who cares it was the hardest I've laughed in ages. If you're not a fundie, I encourage you to see it. It's short, pointless, nonsensical, and as unapologetic as all of matt and trey's movies.
