Could she be wearing a fat suit of some sort? Her body is too disproportioned: she has a neck and her torso is thin. To have a bum that big, everything else gets big too. Right???

I wonder what the point of it is to be able to attack, unless it were poisonous or had super strong jaws maybe? It looked like it was pretty big until I saw that finger attacking it!
