The funniest part of this video, is when they show the scene of the accident where "the suspect crashed on front of the police car". If you review the clip, the cops clearly hit the suspect, and wtf were they doing on that side of the road? lmfao

She owed the library 10 dollars, so they cost the state how many hundreds to actualley prosecute this! Seriousley, cops salary(actual arrest), judges salary (warrant, sentancing), station time(booking) gas(to pick her up). They just spent at least $500 on a $10 crime. Hardley seems worth it, especially to tax payers, Im sure they would have just bought 2 new books and said fuck it!
