He was attached to a very thin rope and there was a really skilled and fast puppeteer holding the rope from above and the puppeteer ran across the scaffolding quickly twisting the rope making it appear that the man was flipping repeatedly.

It's going to far when you post videos with African Americans being roughed up by cops after getting caught in a robbery and then proceed to call them a moron in the description but claim "racism is strictly prohibited" as a header to all comments. Not only is it hypocritical to do so but it's insulting the person who uploaded the video on the site that you stole it from and slapped an "ebaums world" logo on in the lower right corner.
