I'm usually one to stick up for the cops, but this kid didn't even do anything to deserve that. I don't give a shit if he was calling the cop's mom the village bicycle, he, in no way, shape, or form posed a physical threat to the cop. Big time rule for cop's is similar to the military's, don't fire unless fired upon, or in this case, don't beat the shit out of a mentally handicapped student unless he tries to beat the shit out of you first. That cop and station is fucked.
