The cop was right to pull over a speeder, yes. There was nothing right about the way he reacted to the situation. He should have helped get the dog to a vet. He's a fucking pig who gives decent cops a bad name.

Christ... he's abusing his power because he DIDN'T HELP! Once he realized what the situation was, he should have done something to help get that dog to a vet! All it would have taken was one look in the car to see what was wrong!

That's bullshit, Giants. Cops are called to protect and serve, and it wouldn't have taken this asshole pig much to protect and serve once he realized the situation. And since you're so pissed off that nobody's agreeing with you, need I remind you that the courts obviously didn't agree with you either, having sent this prick to sensitivity classes? This isn't some bullshit situation like the asshole who called the cops on Subway. And yes, they can get a new dog. That doesn't mean they don't feel some attachment with the dog they have. I don't know where you come form, but anyone who says, "It's just a dog, you can get another one" is a fucking asshole. It pains me to know that someone like you, who agrees with this pig, has actually owned a dog. I've already said that the cop was well within his rights to pull this guy over, but he had no right to be a douche following the situation. What would he have done if it was a woman in labor? Nobody's making him look like an asshole. He's doing that entirely all by himself by BEING an asshole. Yes, the cop had every right to pull this guy over, but he should have helped him when he learned what was going on. Would he have reacted the same way if it was a human being they were trying to get to the hospital?
