    At 09:46am May, 6 2011 : textbook policing, the cop did nothing wrong. Singing the ticket isn't an admission of guilt. Sign it, get on with your day and fight the ticket later if you feel so strongly about it. Buddy obviously set up the camera hoping to catch something and when that didn't happen he just decides to not sign to try and elevate the situation. hahaha talk about back firing. You have rights, but you have yourself to blame if you don't know them or worse, THINK you know them.
