At 12:40pm Jun, 16 2009 : FOLLOWING PROCEDURE!?!?! What a "COP"out excuse. If procedure is to shoot 3 (or more since we don't know if some where left in the dog) bullets in to a 7 lb dog on a porch where young children could be close by in the the house after the dog is cornered by a strange person then bites him on the hand after trying to pick up the scared dog....is absolutly CRAZY! I think the cop got pissed off after the dog bit him and knew that was excuse enough (for the PD) for the dog to be put down and not get himself trouble. Though, how did he know children weren't home or a child wasn't hiding under the porch...That officer needs fired.
