I recently heard about an Egyptian guy who sued a prominent black scholarship organization because he won their scholarship competition (for "African American students") and they refused to give him the prize because he wasn't black. It's racist because not all blacks are African and not all Africans are black. They were born here, they can be American.

At 04:38pm Jun, 25 2008 : Okay... My boyfriend and I pay on the basis of who gets their card out faster, and the ONLY reason he pays more often is because he's Pakistani and that is his culture. I don't ask or expect anything from him. If we married? We'd both be doctors! He'd probably be some sort of surgeon and I would more than likely be ER / cardiac surgeon, so we would be on equal footing there. Of late, he's been thinking of going into IT, and unless he gets a job at a place like Google, I will be kicking his ass with my paycheck. Would that make HIM a hooker? What if we were both surgeons and equal there? He also expects food from me (in exchange for doing the dishes, he says). He plans on me being the ultimate chef, which I don't mind because I love to cook. But still, he expects home-cooked dinners every night from me, so does that make him a hooker?
