- It's funny to see people taking some naturally occurring and fairly common events out of context as a sign of the end of the world just because it's said that the Mayan calendar is ends soon, especially when you consider the fact that when the Mayans made the calendar, there was no such thing as 'Leap Year'. If you adjust the date by removing all the extra days added by a leap year, the Mayan calendar ended months ago, and we're still here. Now stop being stupid. The world's not gonna end.

- No. Warranties are great to have, because they usually cover your purchased items in the event it malfunctions earlier than it should, or if it accidentally gets damaged. Accidentally is the key word. If you throw it on the ground and stomp on it in front of the people that you're trying to convince that it's defective, they're obviously not going to do anything, because they just watched you stomp on it on purpose. That's not how warranties work, and it's not the companies fault that you're too stupid to understand that.
