    At 07:08pm Oct, 26 2008 : It's from Czechoslovakia (as it was then), nowadays Czech. It says about a monster (Jozin z bazin - Joseph from the swamps). It eats people from Prague and can be killed only by chemicals dropped from a plane. Those guys that are performing are a famous comedian group in Czech - very popular 20years ago.
