Actually, this is not the woman's fault.
I'm a parking attendant at an LA parking
garage, and the placement of this booth
basically violates about 3 regulations
that I can see just by watching this
video. It juts too far out in the way of
the woman's car, for one. It's also
totally out of date, and looks sort of
like the model's they were turning out
back in the early 90's, which means it
doesn't even comply with the Americans
With Disabilities act. Basically, the
owner of this lot has a huge fucking
lawsuit coming his way.
