In Buenos Aires, on the street Sarmiento 948, attached to one of the granite columns supporting the current fourteen-storey building, is a bronze plaque which reads:
"On this site on July 03, 1933 died Don Hipolito Yrigoyen ..."
Thus was born Hipolito Rest & Art, opened on September 10, 2001, in tribute to the former president who lived the last years of his life, renting a room at that conventillo occupying it, our place.
