Extreme Police Brutality Used Against Man in Diabetic Shock

VT police use brutal excessive force to remove a man who had driven 16 miles on a highway in the wrong direction after slipping into a diabetic shock. He is now suing the police department and the makers Whatchamacallit candy bars for 10 million dollars and "free for life" respectively.
