Homeless man goes to prison for hemorrhoid relief

Tommy Joe Kelly says he went around slashing car tires so that he could get some relief for his hemorrhoids by getting arrested and then receiving free healthcare in prison. He slashed the tires on 391 vehicles so he must have had some killer roids.
