Interesting little film that only goes back to the 17th century but you'll get the idea. I don't see the big deal! All the laws are already in place anyway like the drug screenings at work and the DUI laws that can bust you for driving under the influence of anything. I think the point is people are gonna use anyway, just decriminalize it!
