Winter Storm is on its way for Quebec City on Thursday March 20, 2014 and it will bring anywhere from 10 to 20 cm of snow and that is around 6 to 12 Inches of Snow and it will cause localized Blowing and Drifting Snow and the Low Pressure System is heading from the United States and the Cold Arctic Air Coming from Northern Canada.
